Had one of those all-hands meetings today where they kept throwing around buzzwords like 'synergy', 'agile transformation', and 'future-proofing'. It all felt very disconnected from the day-to-day reality of what we're actually doing. It's hard not to connect this with all the rumors and speculation about potential workforce reductions. Feels like they're laying the groundwork for something. Anyone else feel like their contributions are being devalued or that the company's direction is becoming less clear? Starting to wonder if it's time to polish the resume.
