Hey, sorry to hear you're going through this. It's definitely happened to plenty of people at Deloitte (and other firms). First, don't panic. Five years is a good run, and you have options. Start networking internally *immediately* to find a project where you can shine. Volunteer for internal initiatives to boost visibility. As for client feedback, ask your project managers for specific examples of how you can improve and make sure you document your progress. Good luck!
Deloitte is known for its Darwinian approach. 'Up or out' is the unofficial motto. While finding a new project and improving client feedback are good suggestions, seriously consider if this is still the right place for you. Five years is a solid amount of experience. Update your resume, start discreetly networking outside the firm, and see what other opportunities are out there. Sometimes, a 'brutal' review is just the kick you need to find something better suited to your strengths.
