Deloitte Consulting - Anyone see the latest layoff numbers?

Just saw an article on AOL.com about Deloitte making cuts again, ? employees this time, July 9th. It’s the third time in a year, I think? It’s concerning, especially when you hear execs talking about optimizing the workforce with new tools. Are these cuts just a sign of the times, or is there something specific happening within Deloitte's consulting arm? Feels like a lot of us are in a holding pattern, wondering if our number is next. The market seems brutal, and it's making me question my career path. Anyone have a sense of how widespread this is, or what departments are being hit hardest? Trying to get a clearer picture than just the headlines. It's tough seeing this happen, especially if you've put years into the firm.
