Devon Energy - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Lately, the vibe at Devon feels… uncertain. Management's been a bit cagey in town halls, and there's a general sense of unease. Lots of talk about efficiency and optimizing resources, which we all know is often code for something else. Performance reviews seem a little more intense this year, and there's a feeling that not everyone might make it through. Has anyone else experienced this or heard anything specific?
