Devon Energy - Anyone else seeing the signs?

Hey folks, been at Devon for a few years now in the Permian ops side. Lately, feels like there's a weird quiet. Not hearing much on projects, and some teams seem a bit leaner than they were even a few months ago. My manager's been cagey when asked about future headcount, just giving the usual 'business as usual' line, but it doesn't feel that way. Been through a few cycles in this industry, and this feels... off. Anyone else in different departments or locations picking up on anything similar? Trying to gauge if it's just my little corner or something broader. Not trying to spread FUD, just genuinely curious if anyone else is feeling the vibe.
