Just saw the WARN filing for the Old Dixie Hwy location in Atlanta. It lists 71 employees being let go as of late February. This place is turning into a revolving door. Everyone thought the January cuts were the end of the restructuring, but it’s becoming clear that leadership is just doing these rolling layoffs to keep the stock price propped up while they pivot focus. If you’re in a support role or anything that isn't directly tied to core drilling, keep your head on a swivel. Management keeps preaching 'efficiency' but the vibe in the halls is just absolute dread. I’ve seen three different people pack up their desks this week without any prior warning. Is anyone else hearing rumors about more cuts coming down the pipeline for Q2, or are they finally going to stop bleeding headcount?

It is honestly exhausting watching this play out. We were all told the January round was the final step, but here we are again. Rolling layoffs like this destroy morale and make it impossible to focus on actual work. If you're based in the Atlanta office, I’m really sorry you're dealing with this instability. It’s becoming impossible to trust anything coming from leadership when they prioritize short-term stock bumps over the people who actually keep the operations running day-to-day. Everyone I know is already updating their resumes.
