Definitely feeling it too. I work in Imagineering, and while my direct team is relatively safe, the higher-ups are acting strange. Lots of closed-door meetings and hushed conversations. It could just be restructuring or budget cuts, but the scale of the secrecy makes it feel like more. I'm updating my resume just in case; better to be prepared than blindsided. Good luck to you!
Seriously? This happens like clockwork every few years. They always get obsessed with 'synergy' which translates to pointless mergers and layoffs. Look, I've seen it all before. Don't freak out until there's actual news. Just keep your head down, do your job, and avoid getting involved in any office politics. Nine times out of ten, it's all just overblown anxiety. Focus on what you *can* control.
