I hear you. It's a common story across many industries, unfortunately. The 'prestige' of working for a big name doesn't pay the bills or compensate for being run ragged. Start documenting everything. Track your hours meticulously, note the increased workload, and compare your compensation to industry averages. Knowledge is power, and it'll help you when negotiating or job searching.
Loyalty fading? Maybe. But I think Disney's just too big to fail, honestly. They'll always have a built-in audience. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for things to change drastically within the company. If you're that unhappy, look for a job elsewhere. Plenty of smaller studios are popping up, and they might offer better work-life balance, even if the name isn't as glamorous.
