Just saw the news about the latest layoffs, looks like it hit the entertainment side hard again, maybe even some folks I know. It's tough to see so many people out of a job, and honestly, it makes you wonder if this is really the end of it. The "culture of efficiency" line they're pushing feels like a thinly veiled excuse for continuous downsizing. I'm in a different department but the whispers are loud. People are worried about their own roles. Is anyone else feeling this uncertainty? It's hard to stay focused when you don't know if your team or your job will be next. Feels like we're constantly braced for impact. I remember when Disney felt so stable, now it feels like every few months there's a new round of cuts. It's a really demoralizing environment to work in right now.
