Just saw the news about another 639 employees being laid off on June 17th. Feels like every few months there's another 'restructuring' or 'efficiency drive' that somehow involves a significant chunk of people getting their walking papers. I've been here a while and it's starting to feel really unstable. What's the strategy here? Are they just bleeding talent, or is this a calculated move to slim down before a sale or major pivot? It's hard to stay motivated when you see colleagues packing up their desks. Anyone else feel like the goalposts keep moving and the job security just isn't there anymore? Curious to hear what others think is going on behind the scenes.
