Heard about some closed-door meetings... possible restructuring?

So, I overheard some chatter near the water cooler (yeah, I know, classic move) about some 'important meetings' happening with the senior leadership team. Apparently, they were discussing 'resource allocation' and 'strategic alignment'. Usually, that's code for someone getting the axe. I'm on the marketing team, and we've been hitting our KPIs, so I'm hoping we're safe. But the whole thing has me nervous. Anyone else hear anything similar or have any idea what's going on?

Yeah, I've been feeling the same tension. Things have been unusually quiet. Last time they had these 'strategy' sessions, they outsourced our entire customer service department. My advice? Update your resume, just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. It sucks, but that's corporate life.

Honestly, these rumors fly around eBay every quarter. Remember the 'Project Phoenix' scare last year? Turned out to be nothing more than a new email signature template. I wouldn't lose sleep over it unless you see boxes being packed. Focus on your work, and let the suits worry about their meetings.
