Elastic Layoff - What's the real story?

Just saw the news about another round of layoffs at Elastic, apparently around 50 people on June 26th. This is getting to be a pattern. It feels like every few months there's a new round. I'm not directly impacted this time, but it's making me nervous. Anyone know what's actually going on internally? Is it performance, restructuring, or something else? It's hard to get a clear picture from the outside, and the official statements always sound so generic. Any insights from folks still there or recently let go would be really helpful.

It's definitely unsettling to see these recurring layoffs. The lack of transparency makes it tough to understand the underlying issues.
