June 26 RIF: How deep did they cut the Search team?

Just got the invite to a 'brief touchpoint' meeting with my manager ten minutes ago. Based on the HR Digest article from this morning, I guess I have my answer. I’ve been at Elastic for four years, and this feels different from the last few rounds. The atmosphere has been incredibly tense since the beginning of the month, but it feels like they specifically targeted the core Search and Analytics teams this time around. Has anyone heard if the cuts were regional or if they hit the product org globally? I’m mostly just trying to figure out if my access will be pulled immediately after the call or if they’re doing the 'transition period' thing. To everyone else sitting in this limbo, good luck. This company used to feel like a community, but today it just feels like a spreadsheet line item.
