Anyone else feeling the pressure at Elevance? Morale seems low.

I've been with Elevance for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has just felt… off. People seem more stressed, less engaged, and there's a general sense of uncertainty hanging in the air. Projects are getting scaled back, some initiatives seem to be on indefinite hold, and there's a lot of talk about 'optimizing resources.' It's hard not to connect these dots, even though there haven't been any official announcements. I've overheard a few conversations that sound concerning, mentioning 'redundancies' in certain areas, but nothing concrete. It’s making it tough to stay motivated when you feel like the rug could be pulled out from under you at any moment.
