Anyone else's projects at Elevance suddenly paused?

Just wanted to put this out there to see if it's a wider thing or isolated to my department. For the past couple of weeks, several key projects I'm involved with have suddenly been put on hold, with minimal explanation beyond 'budgetary review' or 'strategic reprioritization.' It's weird because things were moving full steam ahead before that. Management is being super cagey about the reasons, which naturally leads to speculation. I'm not hearing about specific roles being cut, but the sudden halt on initiatives feels like a precursor to something. Is anyone else experiencing similar project stalls or budget freezes across Elevance? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide slowdown or just something specific to our corner of the org. Any insights on what might be driving this would be appreciated, even if it's just educated guesses.

Interesting that you're seeing project pauses too. While I haven't experienced it directly on my current initiatives, I've definitely noticed a cautiousness in new project approvals lately.
