Hey folks, been at Elevance for a few years now, mostly in the IT/digital side. Lately, I've been hearing whispers and seeing some odd departmental reorgs happening. Not a big splashy announcement, more like quiet shifts in reporting structures and some teams suddenly feeling... 'redundant' is probably too strong a word, but definitely less essential. Anyone else experiencing this? It feels like they're trying to streamline things, but it's creating a lot of uncertainty and people are starting to get a bit nervous. I haven't seen any official layoff news, and my immediate team is still solid, but the vibe has definitely changed. It's not the usual end-of-year shuffle either, feels more strategic. Just curious if anyone else is picking up on this or has any insight into what might be going on behind the scenes. Trying to get a pulse check here before I start polishing the resume, just in case.
