Hey everyone, been with Elevance for a few years now and lately, the vibe in my department has been… off. Lots of hushed conversations, people seem more stressed than usual, and there's this general feeling of uncertainty. We've had a few meetings about 'efficiency improvements' and 'strategic shifts,' which always sounds like corporate speak for something else. No official announcements, no WARN notices, but the undercurrent is definitely there. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it just my team or is this a company-wide thing? Wondering if it's worth updating the resume just in case. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the atmosphere feels so tense. Curious to hear if others are feeling this too and what they think might be happening behind the scenes.

I've definitely felt a shift too. It seems like the pressure to meet certain targets is way up, and the 'efficiency improvements' talk feels like a thinly veiled way to restructure or downsize without openly admitting it. It's creating a lot of anxiety because no one knows what the long-term plan really is. Hopefully, management will provide some clarity soon, because this uncertainty is impacting morale significantly.

Same here. The atmosphere has been tense, and those vague meetings about 'strategic shifts' are causing a lot of chatter. It's hard to ignore the feeling that something's changing behind the scenes, even without official announcements. People are starting to look over their shoulders, and the stress levels are noticeable. I'm hoping it's just a temporary adjustment period, but it's definitely a concern for many of us.
