Anyone else picking up on some weird vibes at Elevance? Things feel…off. Been hearing whispers about a hiring freeze, and my team's projects have definitely hit the brakes. It's not a full-blown layoff announcement or anything, but the general mood is a bit anxious. Feels like management is being unusually quiet, which only fuels the speculation. Anyone from HR or leadership have any insight, or is this just the usual end-of-quarter jitters? Trying to gauge if I should start updating the resume or if this is just noise.

I've been at Elevance for a few years and have seen slowdowns before, especially around budget cycles. It's possible there's some internal recalibration happening. The quietness from leadership can be unsettling, but sometimes it's just them strategizing or waiting for clearer data before communicating. Keep an eye on official channels, but try not to let the rumor mill add too much stress.

Interesting to hear about the project slowdowns and hiring freeze whispers. While I haven't personally noticed a major shift on my end, I can see how it would create anxiety.
