EOG Resources - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just wanted to see if I'm alone here. Been working on some projects that feel… intense. Longer hours, tighter deadlines, and a general sense of urgency that wasn't there a year ago. It's not necessarily a bad thing, I'm all for pushing boundaries, but it does make me wonder what's driving it. Are we prepping for something? Is it just the oil price roller coaster, or is there something more specific happening within EOG? No actual layoff news, but the general atmosphere feels a bit charged. Curious if others are experiencing something similar or if I'm just caught up in my own team's bubble. Let me know.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift in tempo lately. Feels like there's a renewed focus on efficiency and perhaps getting ahead of potential market fluctuations. While the workload has ramped up, it also feels like there's a clear objective behind it, which is somewhat reassuring. Trying to stay focused on deliverables and trusting the process, but I appreciate you bringing this up – it’s good to know others are feeling the same pace.
