Alright EOG folks, real talk. Feels like the ask has been ratcheted up significantly in my department over the past few quarters. We're expected to do more with less, and the timelines are getting tighter. It's not necessarily a bad thing if the resources and support were there, but it feels like we're being pushed without the necessary tools or personnel. Yeah, I've been hearing similar rumblings across a few different teams. Seems like there's a general push for efficiency, which often translates to higher expectations for individual output. It's a tough balance to strike – wanting to be productive while also needing the proper backing to achieve those goals sustainably. It's definitely not just you. There's been a noticeable acceleration in project cycles and an increased demand for deliverables in my area too. While the drive for innovation and quick execution is understandable in this industry, it does feel like we're being asked to sprint a marathon sometimes.
