EOG Resources - What's the mood on the ground?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter across the industry lately, and I'm curious about EOG specifically. Haven't heard any direct news or official statements about layoffs, but the general economic climate and some of the analyst reports are making me a bit uneasy. Anyone in operations, engineering, or even admin roles feel like there's a definite shift happening? Are projects being put on hold, hiring freezes, or any subtle signs that management is preparing for something? Trying to gauge the general sentiment without causing unnecessary panic, but also want to be prepared if things are indeed tightening up. Any insights would be appreciated.

Been working in the Permian with EOG for a few years now, and while there's always a certain level of uncertainty in this business, things feel pretty stable from my perspective. We're pushing forward on key plays, and the operational tempo hasn't really changed. Sure, commodity prices fluctuate, and that always brings some discussion, but I haven't seen or heard any concrete indications of significant internal shifts like layoffs or project freezes. Management seems focused on efficient execution and long-term value. Feels like business as usual, just with the usual industry buzz.
