Been with Ford for a few years now, and honestly, the constant talk about layoffs and restructuring is starting to get to me. The focus on EVs is obviously a big shift, but it feels like the company isn't quite sure how to navigate it without causing major disruptions to the current workforce. We've seen temporary impacts from the strikes and production adjustments, but the underlying anxiety feels stronger. I'm seeing more and more people asking about severance packages and what benefits look like if things go south. It's hard to plan for the future when the present feels so uncertain. Anyone else feeling this level of unease, or am I just overthinking it? Curious to hear from others in similar roles or departments.

It's completely understandable to feel that anxiety. The auto industry is in a massive transition, and Ford is definitely navigating some choppy waters with the EV push.
