Hi all, I've got an upcoming interview with Franklin Templeton for a [mention general role type, e.g., investment analyst] position and wanted to see if anyone has gone through the process recently. What's the typical interview structure like? Are there multiple rounds? Any specific types of questions I should prepare for, especially regarding market knowledge or their specific investment strategies? Also, any tips on navigating the culture or what the recruiters are looking for? Trying to get a better sense of what to expect beyond the standard interview prep. Any insights from recent candidates would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

I interviewed with them a few months back for a marketing role. It was a pretty standard process: initial HR screen, then a hiring manager interview focusing on my experience and how I'd fit into the team. The final round involved a case study and a presentation to a panel of senior leaders. They seemed really interested in my understanding of financial markets and how I could apply that to their products. Be prepared to discuss current events in the investment world and their potential impact.

My experience was a couple of years ago, but I recall multiple rounds. First, a recruiter call, then a phone interview with the direct manager, and finally, an in-person assessment center. This included behavioral questions, a technical test related to portfolio management, and a group exercise. They emphasized analytical skills and teamwork. Make sure you've researched their various funds and recent performance – that was a big part of the technical questions. Good luck!
