Hey all, Been keeping an eye on FT for a while now, saw a couple of roles pop up recently that seemed promising. But lately, it feels like things have gone quiet. I've heard through some casual chats that there might be an internal hiring freeze or at least a significant slowdown. Nothing official, of course. Has anyone else picked up on this? Or maybe you're seeing roles posted and then quickly taken down? Trying to gauge the general sentiment here. Is anyone currently interviewing with them, or did anyone's process get stalled recently? Just trying to get a pulse on the situation before I invest too much time. Appreciate any insights you can share.

I haven't heard any official word about a hiring freeze at Franklin Templeton, but I have noticed a similar slowdown in new postings recently. I was considering applying for a position that seemed like a good fit, but it disappeared after only a few days. It's possible they're reassessing their needs or consolidating teams before making new hires.
