FT - Just had a phone screen, what's the vibe on hiring?

Hi all, I recently had a phone screen for a [Role Type, e.g., Analyst, PM Assistant] position at Franklin Templeton. The recruiter was pleasant and the process seemed standard, but I'm trying to get a better sense of the current hiring environment within the firm. Are there widespread hiring freezes, or is it role-dependent? Any recent hires or people in the hiring process have a feel for how things are moving? Any insights on whether FT is actively expanding or consolidating in certain areas would be super helpful as I navigate my next steps. Is the interview process generally efficient there, or can it drag on? Any tips from those who've been through it recently would be great. Thanks!

I interviewed with FT a few months back for a junior role. It felt like they were hiring, but maybe a bit slower than usual. Didn't get an offer, but the process wasn't unusually prolonged. My sense was that it might be more role and team specific rather than a blanket freeze. Good luck!

Just wrapped up my final round for a position there. The hiring manager seemed really positive about the team's growth and specifically mentioned needing to fill several roles. It didn't feel like a company on pause at all. Seems like they're still actively bringing people in, at least for certain departments.
