Anyone else feeling the pressure at GE Aerospace?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone here. Things have been feeling a bit... tense lately at GE Aerospace. The usual project deadlines are still there, but there's this underlying hum of uncertainty that wasn't really there before. Performance reviews are coming up, and honestly, it feels like more than just standard feedback is on the line. It's hard to shake the feeling that some tough decisions might be on the horizon, even though nothing concrete has been announced. Yeah, it's not just you. The atmosphere has been noticeably tighter these past few months. Deadlines are one thing, but the general feeling of 'what's next?' is pretty palpable. Trying to focus on my own work, but it's hard not to pick up on the shared unease.
