GE Aero - Any word on upcoming RIFs?

So, I'm in GE Aerospace and the rumor mill is working overtime. No official announcements, no WARN notices I can find, but there's definitely a sense of unease. People are talking, but nobody seems to have solid info. Is anyone aware of any impending layoff events within the aero division? Heard some teams might be consolidating or projects being shelved. Just trying to get a clearer picture of what might be coming. My manager is being tight-lipped, as expected. If anyone has heard anything reliable, even if it's just a whisper from a trusted source, please share. Trying to stay prepared.

Haven't heard anything concrete about RIFs specifically in Aero, but the general sentiment across GE has been pretty uncertain for a while now. It's tough when things are so quiet officially but everyone feels the tension. I'm in a different division, but we've seen some shifts and restructuring. Best advice is to keep your resume updated and network internally if you can. Fingers crossed it's just rumors this time around, but it's wise to be prepared.
