GE Aerospace - Anyone else feeling the jitters?

Hey all, been with GE Aerospace for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels... off. Been hearing whispers, seeing some reorg chatter, but nothing concrete. Anyone else in the aero division picking up on anything similar? Lots of talk about market conditions and supply chain, but feels like more than just that. Trying not to panic but it's hard not to with the way things are. Are we talking about a potential reduction in force down the line or just a typical business cycle adjustment? Curious to hear from others if you're seeing the same or if I'm just overthinking it. What's the general sentiment out there?

I've been hearing similar things in the aero division. It's tough to get a clear picture, but the uncertainty is definitely palpable. There's a lot of speculation flying around, and while I'm trying to stay focused on my work, it's hard to ignore the undercurrent of unease. Hopefully, management will provide more transparency soon about what's actually happening and what the future holds. It would certainly help alleviate some of the anxiety many of us are feeling right now. Just looking for some clarity, honestly.
