Hey everyone. Been at GE Aero for a few years now and typically around this time of year, there's always a low hum of RIF talk. But this year feels a bit more amplified, at least in my corner. Saw a few heads being conspicuously absent from team meetings, and the 'urgent' all-hands last week was vague enough to fuel speculation. Management is giving us the standard 'business as usual' line, but the vibe is off. Anyone else picking up on something similar?
