GM Lansing - Another 361 Gone. What's next?

Just saw the news about another 361 folks being laid off at GM in Lansing. That's on top of all the other cuts we've seen recently. Feels like the sky is falling. I'm still employed, but the anxiety is through the roof. Everyone's looking over their shoulder, wondering if they're next. Is this a sign of bigger problems across the board? Are they restructuring, or is demand really that bad? I've been here for years and never seen it like this. Makes you wonder about the long-term stability of the company.
