Petition for protections - did anyone else sign?

Heard about the petition that's circulating, demanding more protections around layoffs, especially with all the ongoing changes. I definitely signed it. It feels like the company's approach to workforce adjustments has become so arbitrary lately. One minute you're essential, the next you're 'redundant.' There's a lot of talent and institutional knowledge walking out the door, and it's demoralizing. I understand that companies need to adapt, but the way it's being handled feels increasingly impersonal and frankly, unfair. Hoping this petition can at least start a more open conversation about how these decisions are made and the impact they have on employees who've dedicated years to the company.
