Wondering about the shift in focus and its impact

Saw some chatter about people signing a petition demanding protections, and it got me thinking. It feels like the company's direction is shifting pretty rapidly. There's so much talk about new initiatives and restructuring, but it seems to come at the cost of people. I remember when things felt more stable, but now it's like we're constantly bracing for the next change. I'm not sure how much of this is just the tech cycle, but it's definitely impacting morale. Are others feeling like their roles are becoming less secure because of these bigger strategic pivots? It's a tough environment to navigate when you're not sure what the priorities will be next quarter, let alone next year.

I hear you. The pace of change feels relentless lately. It's tough to keep up when it feels like the ground is constantly shifting underfoot. It's understandable that morale would take a hit when big organizational changes seem to overshadow employee well-being. Hopefully, leadership is listening to these concerns and can find a balance between innovation and stability.

Definitely feeling the flux. It seems like every few months there's a new 'strategic priority' that requires a significant overhaul, and it often feels like it's driven more by external pressures than a clear internal vision. The constant adaptation can be exhausting, and it's easy to lose sight of what made the company great in the first place. Hoping for more clarity and consistency ahead.
