Anyone else feeling the jitters at Hershey? Any rumblings?

Hey everyone. Been with Hershey for a few years now in a corporate role and lately, things have felt... uncertain. There hasn't been any official word, no all-hands meeting specifically about layoffs or anything concrete, but I've noticed a few subtle things. Some project timelines seem to be getting squeezed, and there's been a bit more talk about 'efficiency' than usual. My manager's been a bit cagey when I've asked about departmental planning for next year. I'm wondering if I'm just overthinking it or if anyone else in different departments (sales, marketing, R&D, operations, etc.) is picking up on similar vibes? Just trying to get a pulse check from others who might be closer to the ground. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared if something is brewing. Anyone have any insights or heard any whispers, even if unofficial?

I've been seeing similar signals. A few colleagues in different departments have mentioned similar observations about shifting priorities and a general sense of being asked to do more with less. It's hard to ignore the talk about 'optimization' when it starts cropping up more frequently in team meetings. Hopefully, it's just standard business cycle adjustments, but it does add a layer of unease.

Totally feel you. While I haven't picked up on anything as concrete as squeezed timelines, there's definitely a different vibe lately. A bit more pressure, a few more 'strategic reviews' than I'm used to. It's that quiet hum of uncertainty that gets to you. Trying to stay focused on my work, but can't help but wonder what's brewing behind the scenes.
