Hershey - Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Been with Hershey for a few years now, and lately things have felt... tense. We're seeing a lot of 'efficiency drives' and 'streamlining initiatives' being talked about in town halls. Management keeps talking about market competitiveness and the need to be agile. It all sounds standard, but the vibe in the office is definitely different. People are a bit more guarded, and there's this underlying current of 'what if'. Are other departments seeing this? Is it just my team feeling the heat, or is this a company-wide thing? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment out there. No official news, of course, but the whispers are starting to get louder.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on that too. The buzzwords are everywhere, aren't they? Efficiency, agility, competitiveness. It's hard to ignore the shift in atmosphere. I've seen a few more people looking over their shoulders than usual. Makes you wonder what's really brewing behind the curtain. Just trying to stay focused on my own work and hope for the best, but it's definitely a noticeable change.

Totally feel this. The 'initiatives' are constant, and frankly, they sound like a lot of corporate jargon that usually precedes some kind of shake-up. My team's been feeling it too – more meetings, less clarity on long-term projects, and a general sense of unease. It's like the ground is shifting, and nobody's quite sure where they'll land. Hope it's not as bad as it feels.
