Hershey - Anyone else notice changes in hiring/contracting?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed anything peculiar with hiring or third-party contractors at Hershey recently. Over the past few months, it feels like new hires have slowed down considerably, and some of the contractor roles we used to rely on seem to be drying up or not being renewed. It's subtle, not a big announcement, but the impact is there. We've had a couple of long-term contractors finish their projects and not get extended, which is unusual for us. Wondering if this is a sign of a more cautious approach to spending or something else. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar trends in their areas.
