Hershey - Anyone seeing signs of a slowdown?

Hey everyone, been keeping an eye on the CPG space and Hershey specifically. While there haven't been any official layoff announcements, I'm curious if anyone working there or in the industry has noticed any whispers or subtle shifts? Projects being put on hold, hiring freezes starting to feel more concrete, or maybe just a general sense of caution from leadership? I know the chocolate market can be pretty resilient, but with inflation and changing consumer habits, I feel like even the big players might be feeling the pinch. Just trying to get a pulse on things before any official news drops. Any insights or observations would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of the curve if possible. Thanks.

I haven't worked directly at Hershey, but in the broader food and beverage sector, there's definitely a palpable sense of belt-tightening. We've seen some internal projects get deprioritized, and new hiring is significantly slower than it was a year or two ago. It's not dramatic yet, but the consensus is that companies are preparing for a potentially tougher economic climate. I'd imagine Hershey is feeling similar pressures, even if it's not being overtly announced.
