Hershey - Hiring freeze or just slow hiring?

Just wondering if anyone has insight into Hershey's current hiring situation. Applied for a role a couple of months back and haven't heard anything since, which isn't totally unusual, but thought I'd check in. Saw a few requisitions disappear from the careers page recently too. Feels like maybe things have slowed down considerably, or perhaps there's a soft hiring freeze in place? I'm in the CPG space and have been seeing some mixed signals across the industry, so curious how Hershey is navigating it all. Any recruiters or internal folks have any intel to share? Not trying to stir the pot, just genuinely curious about the landscape right now.

I'm in a similar boat. Applied a while back for a role and the status hasn't budged. Definitely noticed some positions vanish from the careers page, which makes you wonder if they're holding off on new hires or just being really selective. The CPG industry has been a bit unpredictable lately, so it's hard to say for sure. Hopefully, it's just a temporary slowdown and not a full freeze.

Anecdotally, I've heard from a few people who've had interviews recently that the process has been much slower than usual. It's possible they're reassessing needs or waiting for budget approvals. I wouldn't jump to conclusions about a freeze just yet, but it does seem like things have definitely tightened up compared to a year ago. Keep an eye on the careers page, they do add new roles periodically.
