Hershey - Project pauses and budget cuts?

Hey everyone. Been with Hershey for a few years now, and things have been feeling…odd lately. Not seeing any official layoff news, but there's definitely a chill in the air. A few projects I was involved in have been put on indefinite hold, and I've heard whispers about tighter budget controls across different departments. My manager's been pretty cagey when asked about future headcount or even contractor roles. It feels like a weird holding pattern. Has anyone else picked up on this? Wondering if it's just my division or a broader company trend. Trying not to panic, but the lack of transparency is making it hard to feel secure.
