Hey everyone, been keeping an eye on things at Hershey and it feels a bit... off lately. My team's been trying to backfill a couple of positions for months with no luck. HR keeps saying 'budget constraints' or 'candidate pool issues,' but it feels like more than that. I've also heard some chatter from folks in other departments about projects being put on hold and a general slowdown in new initiatives. It's not just me, right? My gut feeling is that they might be bracing for something, even if nothing's been officially announced. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard anything more concrete? Yeah, I've definitely noticed the hiring freeze across several areas. It's frustrating for teams that are already stretched thin and desperately need support. I'm with you on this. It's more than just a few stalled projects; there's a palpable sense of caution. My department had a big idea for Q4 that just got shelved with little explanation.
