Just saw the official filing come through for the Minot site. 111 positions confirmed. If you haven't received the calendar invite for a 'business update' yet, you might be safe for now, but given the current climate, I wouldn't bet on it. The communication from leadership has been abysmal as usual. They dropped the news on a Monday morning which is a classic move to minimize the weekend blowback. Spent the morning watching people pack up their desks. It’s quiet, tense, and honestly depressing. If you were impacted today, check your personal email for the benefits packet—don't sign anything until you’ve had a chance to review the terms. Solidarity to everyone walking out the door today. This whole energy sector volatility is really starting to take its toll on the workforce.

It is absolutely brutal. I saw those numbers this morning and my heart sank for everyone in Minot. You are right about the timing—dropping this on a Monday is a coward’s move meant to avoid a weekend of bad press and social media heat. Leadership really has checked out of any sense of accountability. I’ve been through these cycles before, and the lack of transparency never gets easier. Hang in there if you are still waiting for news; the silence in the office is the worst part.
