Another week, another lack of clear direction from Hess leadership regarding the Chevron situation. It's really starting to impact morale. People are constantly speculating, and the grapevine is working overtime, but without any official confirmation or denial of potential layoffs, it’s a breeding ground for anxiety. How are you all managing this? Are you actively updating resumes, or trying to just ride it out? I'm personally finding it difficult to stay motivated when the future feels so unstable. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark like this. Feels like we're just waiting for the axe to fall, and the silence is almost worse than hearing bad news.
