Hess - Morale & Uncertainty Post-Chevron Deal

Just checking in with fellow Hess employees. It's been a weird few weeks since the Chevron deal was announced. There's definitely a cloud of uncertainty hanging over everything, and honestly, the internal comms haven't done much to clear the air. Lots of 'business as usual' talk, but you can feel the tension. People are quietly updating LinkedIn, having hushed conversations in the hallways (or on Teams, more likely). I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's hard not to think about what it all means for our roles long-term. Has anyone heard anything concrete, even whispers, about how this might impact different departments or teams? Curious how everyone else is navigating this. Trying to stay positive but it's tough with so little clarity.
