Anyone else notice the hiring freeze at HP?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter and also noticing it myself. Seems like headcount has been frozen for a while now, and not many new roles are opening up. Feels like the company is consolidating or getting ready for something. I've been hearing from recruiters that HP is very quiet on new positions, which is unusual given the time of year. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any insights? Are we talking about a quiet restructuring or something bigger? My team's workload is definitely increasing with fewer people. Just trying to gauge the mood and see if anyone has concrete info beyond the usual rumors. Feels like a lot of uncertainty right now.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the slowdown. Used to be new roles popping up constantly, especially around this time of year. Now it feels like a desert out there. Recruiters are radio silent, and internal postings are few and far between. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Hoping it's just a temporary pause and not a sign of deeper issues.
