Hearing whispers about 'reorgs' at HP. Anyone else getting this vibe?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. Been at HP for a few years now, and lately, there's been a lot of talk about 'reorganizations' and 'efficiency drives'. It feels like more than just the usual corporate speak. I've seen some teams shrink, and there's definitely an underlying tension. People are looking over their shoulders, and the rumor mill is working overtime. Is anyone else picking up on this? Seeing any actual impact in your departments? Trying to get a sense of whether this is a widespread thing or just isolated incidents. My manager is being super cagey when asked directly, which is never a good sign. Just want to know if I should be updating my resume or if this is just standard HP restructuring. Feels like the calm before the storm sometimes.

Yeah, I'm definitely hearing similar things. It feels like a lot of shuffling is happening, especially in the enterprise divisions. Morale isn't exactly sky-high, and there's a general sense of uncertainty about where things are headed. It's tough when you're constantly wondering if your role is secure. You're not alone. I've noticed a few changes within my team that point towards some restructuring. People are definitely more quiet about projects and future plans than usual. It's making it hard to plan ahead and feel confident about the direction. Hoping for some clarity soon, but for now, it's mostly speculation and a bit of anxiety circulating.
