Hey everyone, has anyone else been feeling a strange shift at HP lately? I'm not hearing about any official announcements, but there's definitely a lot of talk about 'strategic realignments' and 'efficiency drives' across different departments. It feels like more than just standard business fluctuations. My team had a meeting the other day, and while nothing was explicitly said, the tone was definitely one of uncertainty about future roles. People are keeping their heads down, but the underlying tension is palpable. Anyone else picking up on this? Is this leading to actual layoffs, or just a restructuring that will displace people quietly? Trying to get a sense of what's really going on before panic fully sets in.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a weird vibe too. It's that feeling of being in the dark while management talks in circles about 'synergy' and 'optimization.' My department's been hit with new reporting structures twice this quarter, and nobody seems to know what the end goal is. It's creating a lot of quiet anxiety. Makes it hard to focus on actual work when you're constantly wondering if your role will even exist next month. Hope this 'realigning' leads to something concrete soon, but the lack of transparency is unsettling for sure.
