Yeah, I'm feeling it too. Enterprise division, about the same tenure. It's been a slow burn, but it definitely feels like something's brewing. The silence from management on anything significant is deafening, and the 'reorgs' seem to be becoming a regular feature. It's hard to stay motivated when you're constantly bracing for the next shoe to drop. Hang in there. Maybe try to connect with colleagues outside of the immediate work stress? Sometimes just commiserating helps a little.
I haven't noticed anything dramatic in my area, though I'm not in Enterprise. It's easy to get caught up in the rumor mill, especially when things feel uncertain. Have you tried to get concrete feedback from your manager about specific concerns? Vague answers are frustrating, but sometimes they're just trying to manage information flow until decisions are finalized. Focus on what you can control – your own performance and contributions. Stability can fluctuate, but good work is usually valued.
