Anyone else experiencing a hiring freeze at HubSpot?

Been trying to get a new role internally at HubSpot for a couple of months now, and it feels like every position I've applied for has suddenly gone dark. Recruiter says 'still reviewing applications,' but it's starting to feel like there's a general hiring freeze in effect, at least for internal transfers. Anyone else running into this? It's frustrating because I'm looking to grow within the company, but it feels like the doors are closing. Makes you wonder if the business is slowing down or if they're just tightening the belt in preparation for something. Any insights from people in different departments would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've heard rumblings about a slowdown too. It's tough when you're trying to move up internally and things just stop moving. Feels like the communication could be a bit clearer about what's actually happening with roles. Hope it clears up soon for everyone looking to make a move.

I haven't applied for internal roles myself, but I have noticed a lot more positions staying open for longer than usual. Recruiters are often a bit vague when things aren't going well, so it's probably a good sign to prepare for a tighter hiring market for a bit. Hang in there!
