Anyone else feeling the chill at HubSpot?

Hey everyone, I'm feeling a bit uneasy lately, and wanted to see if anyone else at HubSpot is picking up on the same vibes. No official word on anything, of course, but there have been a lot of little things. Team restructures seem to be happening more frequently, and some folks who used to be pretty vocal on internal channels have gone quiet. Also, I've noticed fewer new roles popping up on the internal job board compared to a few months ago. It's probably nothing, but the market feels a bit uncertain right now, and I can't shake the feeling that things might be tightening up. Anyone else seeing this or hearing whispers?

I've definitely noticed a shift too. It's subtle, but the general atmosphere feels more... cautious? The frequency of team reorgs is a bit concerning, and you're right about the internal job board. It used to be a constant stream of new opportunities, and now it feels sparse. Hoping it's just a market correction and not a sign of bigger changes ahead.

Yeah, I'm picking up on that too. It's like a low hum of uncertainty that wasn't there before. The quiet departures and the less frequent hiring are definitely noticeable.
