Anyone else feeling the HubSpot vibe lately?

Hey all, Been at HubSpot for a few years now, on the marketing ops side. Lately, there's been this weird quietness in the air. Not official layoff news, but just... a shift. Projects are getting re-prioritized like crazy, some teams feel a bit leaner, and there's a general sense of 'what's next?'. Is anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me? I've seen some rumblings on other platforms about broader tech slowdowns, and while HubSpot is usually pretty resilient, I can't help but wonder if we're not immune. Anyone heard anything, even whispers? Or are you seeing similar trends in your departments? Just trying to get a feel for the temperature here. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared. Any insights from other Hubspotters would be greatly appreciated.

Totally feel this. I'm in sales enablement, and yeah, the energy feels different. There's been a lot more emphasis on efficiency and core product, which is fine, but it does make you wonder about long-term growth initiatives. It’s like the ‘firehose of innovation’ has been turned down to a steady drip. Not necessarily bad, just… noticeable.

I've noticed something similar on the customer success side. Conversations seem more focused on retaining existing business and optimizing current spend, rather than expanding into new HubSpot tools. It's understandable given the market, but it does create a bit of uncertainty about where the company is heading strategically. Curious to hear if others see this too.
