Anyone else notice a shift in HubSpot's product direction?

Hey everyone, long-time HubSpot user here, and I've been feeling a bit... off lately about where the company seems to be heading. It feels like the core product, the thing that made us all fall in love with HubSpot in the first place, is getting diluted with all these new features and acquisitions. I'm not saying innovation is bad, but are we losing focus? It feels like we're trying to be everything to everyone, and in the process, we might be forgetting what we do best. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just me, or has the emphasis shifted away from the elegant, integrated CRM experience to something more fragmented? Curious to hear other perspectives, especially from folks who've been around for a while.

I've noticed it too. It feels like they're adding a lot of bells and whistles that are more suited for enterprise clients, which is making the platform feel a bit overwhelming and less intuitive for small to medium businesses who were HubSpot's bread and butter. The core CRM and marketing automation were so strong because they were focused and easy to use. Now, with all the added complexity, it's becoming a challenge to get the most out of it without dedicated resources or extensive training. I'm starting to explore alternatives that might offer a more streamlined experience.
